Description

Multi belt kit for Volvo B230, 8V – 240, 740, 940.

Socket for original servo belt.

Material: Aluminum.

These pulleys are made with triggers for sockets.

Smaller diameter of the crankshaft wheel + larger diameter of the generator = Highest Power.

Multi rib for 240 resp. 740/940.

Diameter of the pulley on the crankshaft: 115 mm
Generator pulley diameter: 85 mm
Diameter on the pulley for water pump: Original 115 mm

NOTE! If you have a 740/940 generator location, you must move the servo/power steering forward so that it tracks right to the pulley on the crankshaft (then the AC pump cannot be used).

NOTE! On the 740, 940 there are different generators and placements, you may need to adjust the pulley and generator bracket etc. and also the belt. Different modifications are required for different generators. Be careful that the belt goes straight, there is 4-5 mm clearance at the front and back of the generator bracket, place washers here or preferably turn new bushings in nylon etc. so that the generator does not flex. The large washer on the generator must be on the outside of the pulley.
