Cover for the chain tensioner! Direct replacement for the OEM pressed steel cover which is prone to rust and easily bends when removed.

Checking your timing chain tensioner should be done more regularly if you run aggressive cams or if you simply want to be able to relax and have peace of mind.

This cover uses an O-ring to seal against the timing chain cover so you can remove it time and time again without having to worry about sticky sealant all the time.

Designed using a laser scanner to ensure a perfect fit.

Fits all versions of the K20 engine and the K24 engine.

3 pcs M6 Low Profile BZP Cap Head Bolts (Hex Bolts)

Assembly tips:

Start by removing the old steel cover using a thin flat head screwdriver (or similar) to pry the OEM cover away from the timing chain cover. Next, use a sharp knife or scraper to remove all of the old “Honda seal” from the mounting surface. Install the O-ring into the new cover and fit onto the timing chain cover. Tighten the three supplied screws to 12 Nm (8.7 lb/ft) of torque and the job is done! It was that simple!
