Engine Mount Volvo 740 / 940 – Mercedes M103 / M104 / OM606

Description

Engine mounts for Mercedes M104 engine in the Volvo 700 and 900 series.

Very stable brackets that can withstand tough with hard rubber bushings. Perfect fit and engine ports in the original 15gr slope.

It requires modification of the oil pan for the engine to fit over the original front suspension beam (see picture) While water cooling needs to be moved forward a bit in order to accommodate this relatively long motor.

They are made of 5mm höghållfasthetstålplåt and is zinc-chromated iron, and black-passivated. A good quality zinc electroplating as fordonsindustin many times require.

A set of brackets consists of: 4x brackets with rubber, 2x bolts, nuts and washers.
