BC Racing V1 Series – Street Kit:

This is our most popular series from BC Racing’s product range! Complete kit for you who mainly use the car for everyday but also the occasional track driving. An affordable series that provides a lot of road holding for the money.

Adjustable in height and hardness:

Like all other BC Racing coilovers, the V1 series is also adjustable in both height and hardness. The hardness is adjusted in 30 distinct positions that are easily adjusted through a knob. The various settings change the character of the shock absorber considerably and provide the opportunity to fine-tune the road holding according to your own driving style and area of ​​use. The height is then set by adjusting the shock absorber’s lower attachment and possibly spring adjuster at the rear, this changes the height of the car without affecting the spring tension and thus the suspension travel if this is not desired.

High quality:

Nitrogen gas dampers made in mono-tube design with 44mm diameter piston and 50mm diameter body for maximized oil capacity. The shock absorber valves are made of special steel that outperforms stainless steel with a longer service life. In the case of a side attachment (McPherson), the lower attachment is always made of a strong steel construction. They are also equipped with a variety of components made of T6061 aluminum for low weight, long durability and best corrosion resistance. The entire shock absorber is coated during a two-step process so that it will also resist corrosion. BC Racing also provides a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects!

Spare Parts & Flexibility:

BC Racing coilovers are rebuildable and components are easy to replace with new ones if they are worn out or broken. The spring hardness is uniquely developed for each kit and is highly recommended. If you still want another hardness, or want an extended lowering option, for example so-called “Drop Low” specification (approx. 20mm), we can also add it to the kit at no extra cost. Swedish Car Testing:

There are no rules against the use of adjustable shock absorbers in Swedish traffic. BC Racing coilovers are mounted in original attachment points and are of solid construction. In the event of an all too low setting, the car inspection may, however, refer to a rule that requires at least 40mm of possible suspension travel.

TÜV:

This coilover kit has not been tested by TÜV. However, it is not required for use in Swedish traffic, but may be required in other countries.
