ASS Gearbox bracket BMW ZF 6vxl – Volvo 240 / 740 / 940

This bracket is made for BMW’s 6-speed ZF gearboxes with a loose bracket from -00 to the beginning of the -10s (see example boxes and dimensioned fixing).

It is made to mate with 240 gearbox beam (https://houseofmotorsport.com/en/produkter/ass-crossmember-bmw-zf-and-getrag-in-volvo-240-260/) and also with 740 /940 gearbox beam (https://houseofmotorsport.com/en/produkter/ass-gearbox-beam-for-bmw-gearbox-in-volvo-740-940/)

Examples of some popular of these boxes are E90/E91 320D, GS6-37DZ and 325D/330D with GS6-53DZ.

And also the same gearboxes from E60 and late E46 – E60 520D, GS6-37DZ and 525D/530D with GS6-53DZ.

It also fits gearboxes from petrol engines and then instead ends at BZ, GS6-37BZ and GS6-53BZ.

Depending on which model the box comes from, the original rear bracket may look a little different, but it is replaced with this.

Manufactured in 4mm high-strength steel sheet and electro-galvanized matt black.
