ASS Brake caliper adapters dual Volvo S60R / V70R rear brakes for Volvo 240/740/940.

With these adapters you can mount double S60R / V70NR brake calipers in the rear of your Volvo 240/740/940!

Perfect for using one pair of calipers for hydraulic parking brakes, for example.

The adapters fit Volvo 240/260 74-93, Volvo 740 83-91, Volvo 760 82-90 (not multilink), Volvo 940 91-98 and Volvo 965 91-94 (not multilink). Also fits Volvo 960 with rigid axle!

Used together with brake caliper and brake discs / rotors from Volvo S60R / V70R model year 2004-2007.

Delivered incl. all screws needed (mounting screws are in 12:9 quality).

The kit includes:

– 2 mounts in 10mm S355MCD
– 4 pcs 12:9 Allen screw M10x30
– 8pcs 12:9 Allen screw M10x35

Assembly instructions:

– Start by fitting the brake disc.
– Use thread locking on all screws (not included).
– Cut out the brake shields / dust shields until the new brake calipers fit.
– Fit the brake caliper adapter with M10x30 screw and the caliper with M10x35, as shown.

Ps, Would you also like to use the original parking brake? Then contact ASS for more info, parts for it are not included in this kit.

NOTE! These products are not approved by Swedish car testing (as long as the car is not registered with them) and may therefore only be used on e.g. tracks. ASS disclaims all responsibility for penalties that you may receive in e.g. a flying inspection.

BUT! If you are going to inspect your car for registration with rebuilt brakes, these adapters are approved, in which case what is normally required is the material specification, which is 10mm S355MCD steel.
