A silicone vacuum hose can withstand higher temperatures and has a longer durability / age resistance (does not crack as easily) than the usual rubber hoses that are often used for intakes and the like for automotive engines.
Can be used as a replacement for the car’s original vacuum hoses if the existing ones are defective / cracked, or why not replace them for preventive purposes and at the same time look good in the engine compartment with a silicone vacuum hose in black, red or blue color!?
