The new Snap off R1000 quick release Hub features a new patented innovative design which is self adjusting (no play in the mechanism, which is often the case with conventional spline type designs).

One hand release, two step coupling with automatic expander completely eliminates play.
Self-docking mechanism ensures quick and easy attachment.

A 5-pin electric connector (optional) allowing steering wheel wires to disconnect through the hub.

This model is designed weld on to the steering column and can bolt to saloon (6 hole) or single seater (3 hole) steering wheels.

Threaded steering wheel attachment holes – PCD 6 x 70 mm, 3 x 50.8 mm & 3 x 48 mm supplied with 5 mm countersunk bolts.

Certified by SFI Spec 42.1 Steering Wheel Quick
Disconnect/Release and full FIA approval (Appendix J Article 255 dated 01-01-03 5.7.3.7 Steering wheel).

Made in Vallentuna,  Sweden from high-tensile steel and aircraft-grade aluminium.
